Abstract

Les chaussures à talon moyen et haut actuels présentent un inconvénient majeur. Lors d'un port prolongé elles causent un inconfort, puis des douleurs et des lésions au pied. L'invention concerne toutes ces chaussures, des inserts et supports adhésifs. La figure 1 représente un semelage caractérisé par une colline transversale (2) fabriquée en un matériau élastique ou viscoélastique, fixée sur la première de montage (1). La colline transversale (2) est orientée de sorte à se dresser entre les têtes des métatarses (3) et les orteils (4). Elle fait buter les têtes des métatarses (3) et empêche le pied de glisser vers avant. La semelle de propreté (7) est flexible, résistante à la traction et présente un coefficient de friction au moins moyen. D'autres formes d'exécution utilisent en plus un coussin médian et un coussin avant. On peut porter ces chaussures avec des talons de 10 cm de manière entièrement confortable debout pendant 3,5 heures.
