Abstract

 1つの色素増感太陽電池が、透光性基板上に透明導電層と、グリッド電極と、多孔性半導体層に色素を吸着させかつキャリア輸送材料を充填させた光電変換層と、対極とが積層されて形成され、かかる色素増感太陽電池の少なくとも2つ以上が、同一の透光性基板上にセル間絶縁層を介して配置され、かつ接続層を介して1つの色素増感太陽電池と隣接する色素増感太陽電池とが直列に接続されてなる色素増感太陽電池モジュール。
