Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schifell, wobei auf der Rückseite des Fell-Floor eine Silikonmasse aufgebracht ist, die am Schi durch Van-der-Waals-Kräfte haftet.

Description

SCHIFELL
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Schifell, welches auf dem Rücken eine Be- schichtung aus Silikon aufweist.
Um einem Tourenschi (Schi zum Besteigen von Bergen) beim Skitouren-Aufstieg Halt auf dem Schnee zu geben, ist bekannt, dass auf die Lauffläche des Tourenschi ein Schifell geklebt oder geschnallt und je nach Modell zusätzlich am Schi fixiert wird. Das Schifell verhindert, dass der Schi nach hinten abrutscht und ermöglicht gleichzeitig das Gleiten des Schi nach vorne.
Der Kleber, mit welchem das Schifell auf die Lauffläche des Schi geklebt wird, wird auf einem auf der Rückseite des Schifell kaschierten Haftrücken (meist Baumwoll-Rücken) aufgetragen und weist üblicherweise die Eigenschaft der mehrfachen Verwendbarkeit auf, das heißt, dass ein mehrfaches Kleben und Lösen der Klebeverbindung zwischen der Klebeseite des Schifells und der Lauffläche des Schi möglich ist. Zur Erhaltung der Eigenschaft einer mehrfachen Verwendung ist die Klebeseite nach Abziehen des Schifells vom Schi mit einer Abdeckfolie abzudecken.
Die bekannte Klebeverbindung mit dem Schi ist jedoch mit der Haftfestigkeit und Haftdauer des Klebers begrenzt, die bei jedem Aufziehen des Schifells auf den Schi und bei jedem Abziehen des Schifells vom Schi abnimmt. In der Regel ist ein 50- maliges Auf- und Abziehen möglich und der Kleber dann unbrauchbar. Zusätzlich ist die Klebeeigenschaft vom Benutzerverhalten abhängig, da der Benutzer nach Abziehen des Schifells eine Abdeckfolie auf die Klebefläche anzubringen hat. Wird, wie es in der Praxis üblich ist, diese Abdeckfolie nicht angebracht, verkürzt sich aufgrund der Verschmutzung der Klebefläche und des Austrocknens des Klebers die gewünschten Klebeeigenschaft wesentlich.
Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schifell so auszugestalten, dass für alle relevanten Temperatur- und Schneeverhältnisse und unabhänging von der Nachlässigkeit oder Bequemlichkeit des Benutzers sowie von der Anzahl des Auf- und Abziehens des Schifells vom Schi eine jederzeit lösbare und wiederherstellbare haftende Verbindung zwischen dem Schifell und der Lauffläche des Schi hergestellt wird, die in ihrer Adhäsion nichts einbüßt.
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, dass anstelle eines auf dem Rücken des Fell-Floor aufgebrachten Klebstoffes eine sich nicht aushärtende Silikon- masse (silikonbasierte Beschichtung) aufgebracht wird, die zwischen dem Schifell und der Lauffläche des Schi durch die sogenannten „Van-der-Waals-Kräfte" eine Haftverbindung („Van-der-Waals-Bindung") erzeugt.
Da diese Verbindung keinen Adhäsionsverlust erfährt, ist eine unbegrenzte Anzahl des Auf- und Abziehens des Schifells von der Lauffläche des Schi möglich. Im Gegensatz zu einem Haftkleber ist ein rückstandsloses Lösen der Haftverbindung möglich. Ein Schutz des Schifell-Rückens durch eine Abdeckfolie ist nicht erforderlich. Als Autragfläche für den Klebstoff wird der Fell-Floor bisher mit einem Baumwoll- Rücken kaschiert, auf welchem dann der Haftkleber aufgebracht wird. Da die Silikonmasse bzw Silikonbeschichtung direkt auf der Rückseite des gewebten Fell-Floor aufgebracht werden kann (gesprüht, gegossen, geklebt, spritzgegossen, kalandriert etc), kann auch auf einen Baumwoll-Rücken bzw auf jedes sonstiges auf den Fell- Floor kaschiertes Material verzichtet werden.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Schifell, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Rücken des Fell-Floor eine Silikonmasse aufgebracht ist.
2. Schifell nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Silikonmasse um eine silikonartige Beschichtung handelt.
3. Schifell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Silikonmasse oder die silikonartige Beschichtung direkt auf dem gewebten Fell-Floor aufgebracht wird.
