Abstract

 安価に製造することができるセラミックヒータを提供する。そのセラミックヒータは、対向する第1の通電部と第2の通電部を含み、第1の通電部が該第1の通電部と第2の通電部の間に第1の通電部から延びる第1のバリを有し、第2の通電部が第2の通電部と第1の通電部の間に第2の通電部から延びる第2のバリを有する抵抗発熱体と、抵抗発熱体が埋設されたセラミック基体と、を備え、第1及び第2の通電部の通電方向に垂直な断面内において、第1と第2のバリの少なくとも一方のバリの少なくとも一部が、第1のバリの起点と前記第2のバリの起点とを結ぶ直線から離れている。
