Abstract

 本発明は、長繊維フィラーと熱可塑性樹脂混合物とから構成されるペレットであって、前記長繊維フィラーが、前記ペレット中に、前記ペレットの長さ方向を中心軸方向として、スパイラル状に配されており、かつ、前記ペレットが、長繊維フィラー含有量の少ないスキン層部分と長繊維フィラー含有量の多いコア部分とを有し、前記コア部分の断面積が、前記ペレットの断面積の30%~70%の範囲であり、前記熱可塑性樹脂混合物が、ポリフェニレンエーテルと、ポリフェニレンエーテル以外の熱可塑性樹脂からなる、長繊維フィラー強化樹脂ペレットを提供する。
