[36] 本发明实施例提供的对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置 (即 0配置) 的方案 的实现需要 DHCP服务器和家庭网关的配合。 在该方案中, 家庭网关实现一个 D HCP代理功能, 査找到 DHCP Server, 从该 DHCP Server获得应用终端的 ACS URL, 然后, 再将该 ACS URL转发给该应用终端。

[39] 家庭网关 200, 用于接收应用终端 300通过 DHCP发送的应用终端 300的标识信息 , 并通过 DHCP将所述应用终端的标识信息发送到公网上; 和公网上的 DHCP服 务器 100进行信息交互, 从所述 DHCP服务器 100获得应用终端所属的自动配置服 务器的地址信息, 通过 DHCP将所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发送给应用终端 300。
[40] DHCP服务器 100, 用于保存自动配置服务器的地址信息和所述自动配置服务器 上注册的所有应用终端的标识信息; 根据所述家庭网关 200发送的所述应用终端 300的标识信息和所述保存的所有应用终端的标识信息, 判断所述应用终端 300 属于所述自动配置服务器管辖后, 将所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发送给所 述家庭网关。
[41] 应用终端 300, 用于通过 DHCP向所述家庭网关 200发送所述应用终端 300的标识 信息, 接收所述家庭网关 200发送的所述自动配置服务器的地址信息, 根据所述 自动配置服务器的地址信息, 从所述自动配置服务器获得配置信息进行自动配 置。

[44] 自动配置服务器的地址信息获取模块 220, 用于通过 DHCP和公网上的 DHCP服 务器 100进行信息交互, 从所述 DHCP服务器 100获得所述应用终端 300所属的自 动配置服务器的地址信息; 所述自动配置服务器的地址信息获取模块具体可以 利用应用终端标识信息处理模块处理后的所述应用终端的标识信息通过所述 DH CP和公网上的 DHCP服务器进行信息交互, 从所述 DHCP服务器获得所述应用终 端所属的自动配置服务器的地址信息;
自动配置服务器的地址信息发送模块 230, 用于通过 DHCP将所述自动配置服务 器的地址信息获取模块获取的自动配置服务器的地址信息发送给所述应用终端 3

[54] 步骤 31、 应用终端发出 DHCP Discover (DHCP发现) 消息, 通过该 DHCP
Discover消息来发现 DHCP server。
[55] 步骤 32、 在家庭网络中, 家庭网关上部署有 DHCP
Server, 家庭网关通过该内部的 DHCP
Server为家庭网络内的所有设备 (包括应用终端) 分配私网的 IP地址。 位于公网 上的 DHCP Server为家庭网关分配公网 IP地址。 [56] 上述家庭网关收到上述应用终端发出的 DHCP
Discover消息后, 向应用终端回复 DHCP Offer (DHCP提供) 消息。
[57] 步骤 33、 应用终端接收到上述 DHCP Offer消息后, 发出 DHCP
Request (DHCP请求) 消息, 确认家庭网关为其分配的 IP地址。
[58] 应用终端利用家庭网关为其分配的 IP地址, 使用 DHCP协议定义的厂商类别标 识 (Option 60 Vendor class identifier和 option 61
Client-identifier) 向家庭网关声明其支持某种管理协议 (例如 TR069) 。

[61] 由于家庭网关发出上述 DHCP
Discover消息不是为了申请 IP地址, 因此需要根据 DHCP协议的规定, 在上述 DH
CP Discover消息携带必要信息以表明无需分配新的 IP地址, 例如在 option 50
Requested IP Address中携带家庭网关的 IP地址。
[62] 本发明实施例需要在公网上的 DHCP server中预先保存 ACS的 ACS
URL, 以及所述 ACS上注册的所有应用终端的标识信息等信息。
[63] 步骤 35、 所有收到上述家庭网关发出的 DHCP Discover消息的 DHCP
server, 首先将识别 DHCP
Discover消息中包含的字符串 "dslforum.org", 如果 DHCP
server不能识别该字符串 "dslforum.org", 则根据 DHCP协议, 该 DHCP server将对该 DHCP Discover消息不作响应。
[64] 当上述 DHCP server能够识别该字符串 "dslforum.org", 则上述 DHCP
server继续识别 DHCP Discover消息中包含的应用终端的相关标识信息, 即 TR069所说的厂家信息、 产 品类型、 设备唯一标识等信息, 如果上述 DHCP
server中已经保存了上述应用终端的相关标识信息, 则说明发出上述厂商类别标

步骤 36、 家庭网关收到上述 DHCP Offer消息后, 向发送上述 DHCP
Offer消息的 DHCP server发送 DHCP Inform消息, 该 DHCP
Inform消息中携带的信息与上述 DHCP Discover相同。
步骤 37、 DHCP server收到上述 DHCP Inform消息后, 向家庭网关回送 DHCP ACK (DHCP应答) 消息, 并按照 TR069定义在 DHCP ACK消息中包含的 option 43 Vendor-Specific Information中携带应用终端所属的 ACS URL等信息。
步骤 38、 家庭网关向应用终端回送 DHCP ACK, 并在该 DHCP
ACK消息中包含的 option 43 Vendor- Specific Information中携带上述从公网 DHCP Server获得的 ACS URL等信息。
步骤 39、 完成上述步骤后, 应用终端得到了 ACS
URL, 然后按照 TR069标准协议从 ACS获得配置数据, 根据获得的配置数据进行 自动配置。
上述处理流程中的应用终端包括但不限于以下宽带终端: 可视电话、 IPTV机顶 盒、 IP电话等。
上述处理流程只是一个具体实施例, 在实际应用中, 该处理流程中包含的上述 [72] 比如, 上述步骤 34到步骤 37可以发生于步骤 31和步骤 32之间, 此吋, 步骤 31的
DHCP Discover消息就要通过 Option 60 Vendor class identifier和 option 61
Client-identifier来携带相关信息。
[73] 又比如, 上述步骤 37所提供的 ACS URL信息可以在步骤 35的 DHCP
Offer消息中提供, 如此, 步骤 36和步骤 37可以省略。 同样道理, 家庭网关向应 用终端回送的 ACS URL信息也可以在步骤 32中提供。
[74] 综上所述, 本发明实施例通过家庭网关代替应用终端査找到 DHCP
Server, 从该 DHCP Server获得应用终端的 ACS
URL并发送给应用终端。 从而解决了家庭网络中的应用终端不能直接通过 DHCP 获得 ACS
URL的问题, 实现了应用终端的 0配置, 即实现了用户不需要配置任何参数而正 常使用应用终端, 大大改善了用户的体验。 同吋, 应用终端无需预置 ACS URL, 真正实现自动配置, 有利于应用终端的零售。
[75] 以上所述, 仅为本发明实施例较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明实施例的保护范 围并不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明实施例揭露的技术 范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 例如使用 SNMP
V3协议代替 TR069协议, 使用 SNMP网管服务器代替所说的 ACS , 都应涵盖在本 发明实施例的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明实施例的保护范围应该以权利要求 的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种家庭网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
应用终端标识信息处理模块, 用于接收应用终端通过动态主机配置协议 DH CP发送的应用终端的标识信息, 并通过 DHCP将所述应用终端的标识信息 发送到公网上;
自动配置服务器的地址信息获取模块, 用于通过 DHCP和公网上的 DHCP服 务器进行信息交互, 从 DHCP服务器获得所述应用终端所属的自动配置服 务器的地址信息; 所述 DHCP服务器用于根据所述应用终端的标识信息确 定所述应用终端所属的自动配置服务器的地址信息;
自动配置服务器的地址信息发送模块, 用于通过 DHCP将所述自动配置服 务器的地址信息获取模块获取的所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发送给所 述应用终端。
2、 一种对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 应用终端、 家庭网关和 DHCP服务器, 其中,
家庭网关, 用于接收应用终端通过 DHCP发送的应用终端的标识信息, 并 通过 DHCP将所述应用终端的标识信息发送到公网上; 和公网上的 DHCP服 务器进行信息交互, 从 DHCP服务器获得所述应用终端所属的自动配置服 务器的地址信息, 通过 DHCP将所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发送给所 述应用终端;
DHCP服务器, 用于保存所述自动配置服务器的地址信息和所述自动配置 服务器上注册的所有应用终端的标识信息; 根据所述家庭网关发送的所述 应用终端的标识信息和所述保存的所有应用终端的标识信息, 判断所述应 用终端属于所述自动配置服务器管辖后, 将所述自动配置服务器的地址信 息发送给所述家庭网关;
应用终端, 用于通过 DHCP向所述家庭网关发送所述应用终端的标识信息 , 接收所述家庭网关通过 DHCP发送的所述自动配置服务器的地址信息, 根据所述自动配置服务器的地址信息, 从所述自动配置服务器获得配置信 息进行自动配置。
[3] 3、 根据权利要求 2所述的对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的系统, 其 特征在于, 所述家庭网关具体包括:
应用终端标识信息处理模块, 用于接收所述应用终端通过动态主机配置协 议 DHCP发送的所述应用终端的标识信息, 并通过 DHCP将所述应用终端的 标识信息发送到公网上;
自动配置服务器的地址信息获取模块, 用于通过 DHCP和公网上的 DHCP服 务器进行信息交互, 从 DHCP服务器获得所述应用终端所属的自动配置服 务器的地址信息; 所述 DHCP服务器用于根据所述应用终端的标识信息确 定所述应用终端所属的自动配置服务器的地址信息;
自动配置服务器的地址信息发送模块, 用于通过 DHCP将自动配置服务器 的地址信息获取模块获取的所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发送给所述应 用终端。
[4] 4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 DHCP服务器具体包括:
自动配置服务器信息保存模块, 用于保存所述自动配置服务器的地址信息 , 以及所述自动配置服务器上注册的所有应用终端的标识信息; 判断处理模块, 用于根据家庭网关发送的应用终端的标识信息, 査询所述 自动配置服务器信息保存模块上保存的所有应用终端的标识信息, 判断所 述应用终端是否属于所述自动配置服务器管辖;
自动配置服务器的地址信息发送模块, 用于当所述判断处理模块判断所述 应用终端属于所述自动配置服务器管辖吋, 将所述自动配置服务器的地址 信息发送给所述家庭网关。
[5] 5、 一种对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 家庭网关接收应用终端通过 DHCP发送的所述应用终端的标识信息, 通过 D HCP将所述应用终端的标识信息发送到公网, 以便于确定所述应用终端所 属的自动配置服务器所对应的 DHCP服务器; 并通过 DHCP从所述 DHCP服 务器获得所述应用终端所属的自动配置服务器的地址信息, 将所述地址信 息传输给所述应用终端, 以便于所述应用终端根据所述地址信息, 从所述 自动配置服务器获得配置信息进行自动配置。
[6] 6、 根据权利要求 5所述的对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
公网上的 DHCP服务器接收到所述家庭网关发送的应用终端的标识信息后 , 根据其内部保存的所述在自动配置服务器上注册的所有应用终端的标识 信息, 判断所述应用终端是否属于所述自动配置服务器管辖; 当 DHCP服务器判断所述应用终端属于所述自动配置服务器管辖吋, 则通 过 DHCP将所述 DHCP服务器内部保存的所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发 送给所述家庭网关。
[7] 7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的应用终端的标识信息包括: 应用终端的厂家信息、 产 品类型和设备唯一标识。
[8] 8、 一种动态主机配置协议服务器, 其特征在于, 所述动态主机配置协议服 务器包括:
自动配置服务器信息保存模块, 用于保存自动配置服务器的地址信息, 以 及所述自动配置服务器上注册的所有应用终端的标识信息; 判断处理模块, 用于根据家庭网关发送的应用终端的标识信息, 査询所述 自动配置服务器信息保存模块上保存的所有应用终端的标识信息, 判断所 述应用终端是否属于所述自动配置服务器管辖;
自动配置服务器的地址信息发送模块, 用于当所述判断处理模块判断所述 应用终端属于所述自动配置服务器管辖吋, 将所述自动配置服务器的地址 信息发送给所述家庭网关, 以便于所述应用终端通过 DHCP从所述家庭网 关接收到所述地址信息, 并根据所述地址信息, 从所述自动配置服务器获 得配置信息进行自动配置。
[9] 9、 一种应用终端的自动配置方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
公网上的 DHCP服务器接收到所述家庭网关通过 DHCP发送的应用终端的标 识信息后, 根据其内部保存的所述在自动配置服务器上注册的所有应用终 端的标识信息, 判断所述应用终端是否属于所述自动配置服务器管辖; 当 DHCP服务器判断所述应用终端属于所述自动配置服务器管辖吋, 则通 过 DHCP将所述 DHCP服务器内部保存的所述自动配置服务器的地址信息发 送给所述家庭网关, 以便于所述应用终端通过 DHCP从所述家庭网关接收 到所述地址信息, 并根据所述地址信息, 从所述自动配置服务器获得配置 信息进行自动配置。
[10] 10、 根据权利要求 9所述的对家庭网络中应用终端进行自动配置的方法, 其 特征在于, 所述的应用终端的标识信息包括: 应用终端的厂家信息、 产品 类型和设备唯一标识。
