Abstract

羊膜自体をコーティングした培養ディッシュよりも取り扱い性に優れ、より細胞培養に適した安価な羊膜組成物およびそれを用いたコーティング材、特に幹細胞などの再生医療に適した安全な細胞培養用コーティング材が開示されている。該羊膜組成物は、加熱下での酸処理により可溶化した羊膜の可溶化物を媒体中に含む。また、該コーティング材は、該羊膜組成物を基体上にコーティングし、乾燥して成る。これらにより、羊膜自体よりも取り扱い性に優れ、細胞の培養に適した安全で安価な材料を提供し、該材料を用いることで細胞の増殖能を高めることが可能である。
