Abstract

 流体が流れる流路内に配置される温度センサの軸における前記流路の内周から前記感温素子の中心までの距離である突出し長さL1を50mm以上、前記感温素子の中心を通りかつ前記流路の軸に対して垂直な断面における前記流路の内周面から前記感温素子の中心までの距離である突出し位置をL1’、前記断面において前記温度センサを投影視した際の前記温度センサの軸と前記流路の内周面との交点間の距離である流路幅をD1とし、D1の大きさにより、L1’/D1をそれぞれ規定することで、排気温センサの熱引きを抑制し、高精度な測温が可能となる。
