Abstract

 一般的な鋼材とFRPプリプレグとを強固に接着させて、ボルト・ナット等の機械的な連結、分解を容易にして、移動機械、建材用構造部材、電子電気機器等に優れた構造材を提供する。  特殊で一定の超微細な凹凸形状をした鋼材は、エポキシ樹脂接着剤との相性で強烈な接着力を生むことが判明した。この技術を利用して鋼板材28をカバー材としてFRP27と一体化した複合部品26が作成可能で、これらは他の金属部材とボルト30で締めして組み立てることが出来る。又、強烈な接着力を利用して主構造がFRP27で端部が鋼材である構造用部材は容易に作成できる。
