Abstract

Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Streichfarbendispersionen zum Einsatz in der Papierindustrie durch Covermahlung von natürlichem Calciumcarbonat (GCC) und präzipitiertem Calciumcarbonat (PCC), das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man pulverförmiges (GCC) mit einer (5) bis (70) Gew. % PCC enthaltenden Slurry zu einer Teilchengrößenverteilung des Calciumcarbonats von wenigstens (90) Gew. % kleiner (5) µm, wenigstens (70) Gew. % kleiner (2) µm und wenigstens (20) Gew. % kleiner (1) µm mit einem Gewichtsmittel der Teilchengrößen im Bereich von (0,7) bis (3) µm covermahlt.
