技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 特别涉及一种通信网络中提供回铃音的方法和系 统。
背景技术
个性化回铃音业务一般是由主叫或被叫用户定制,为用户提供一段悦耳的 音乐、或一句问候语、或一段定制者自行录制合成的一段提示语音来替代普通 回铃音的业务。 现有个性化回铃音业务具有单向性, 例如, 在被叫回铃音业务 中, 主叫方听到被叫定制的个性化铃音, 而被叫方听到是由话机终端发出的振 铃音。
本发明人在研究时发现, 虽然被叫用户可以通过来电显示获知主叫方号 码, 但不能通过铃音判断主叫方用户身份, 不利于用户体验。
发明内容
为了实现被叫用户收听个性化回铃音以替代原有的振铃音,本发明实施例 提供一种通信网络中提供回铃音的方法和系统。
本发明实施例提供一种通信网络中提供回铃音的方法, 包括:
在接续呼叫过程中, 获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息;
当被叫终端状态为空闲时,向被叫终端下发标识用户签约互动回铃音业务 的第一签约标识, 所述第一签约标识用于指示被叫终端等待播放互动回铃音; 根据所述用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息为被叫用户播放互动回铃 音。
本发明实施例提供一种通信网络中提供回铃音的系统, 包括:
交换设备,用于当被叫终端状态为空闲时,向被叫终端下发第一签约标识, 所述第一签约标识用于指示被叫终端等待播放互动回铃音,连接被叫终端与互 动回铃音业务平台间的话路,指示互动回铃音业务平台为被叫终端播放互动回 铃音; 其中, 所述互动回铃音业务平台用于根据用户签约的互动回铃音业务签 约信息为被叫用户播放互动回铃音。
本发明实施例还提供一种交换设备, 包括:
互动回铃音签约信息获取单元,用于获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约 信息;

本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收标识用户签约互动回铃音业务的第一签约标识, 所述 第一签约标识用于指示被叫终端等待播放互动回铃音;
屏蔽单元, 用于根据所述第一签约标识屏蔽自身的振铃音。
通过本发明上述实施例实现了充分利用个性化回铃音资源,可以给主叫播 放个性化回铃音的同时也可以给被叫播放互动回铃音,而且互动回铃音为根据 被叫设置确定播放的回铃音, 增强用户体验。

为了使得本发明实施例的技术方案以及优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对 本发明实施例技术方案的具体实施过程及其对应能够达到的有益效果进行详 细说明。
通常主叫用户呼叫被叫用户后, 被叫用户听到的是被叫终端发出的振铃 音,通过本发明实施例可以实现当主叫用户或被叫用户定制了互动回铃音业务 后, 被叫用户则可以听到主叫用户或被叫用户定制的个性化回铃音。
本发明实施例提供的实现互动回铃音业务的方法流程如图 1所示,包括步 骤:
S101 : 在接续呼叫过程中, 获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息; S102: 当被叫终端状态为空闲时, 向被叫终端下发标识用户签约互动回铃 音业务的第一签约标识,所述第一签约标识用于指示被叫终端等待播放互动回 铃音;
S103: 根据用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息为被叫用户播放互动回 铃音。
下面将结合图 2所示的系统实施例, 进一步详细描述上述方法实施例。 图 2中的系统包括: 第一交换设备 100、 第二交换设备 200、 互动回铃音 业务平台 300、 以及主叫终端 10、 被叫终端 20。 具体的实现互动回铃音业务 的过程可为: 第一交换设备 100接收到主叫向被叫发起的呼叫请求, 第一交换 设备 100获取用户的互动回铃音业务签约信息,第一交换设备 100向第二交换 设备 200发送呼叫请求,并根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息向第二交换设备 200 下发第二签约标识, 所述第二签约标识用于标识用户签约互动回铃音业 务; 当被叫终端 20状态为空闲时, 第二交换设备 200向被叫终端 20下发标识 用户签约互动回铃音业务的第一签约标识,所述第一签约标识用于指示被叫终 端 20等待播放互动回铃音。 第一交换设备 100根据第二交换设备 200返回的 被叫空闲消息, 向互动回铃音业务平台 300下发第二签约标识, 连接主叫终端 10与互动回铃音业务平台 300间的话路, 指示互动回铃音业务平台 300为主 叫终端 10播放互动回铃音。 第二交换设备 200连接被叫终端与互动回铃音业 务平台间的话路, 指示互动回铃音业务平台 300为被叫终端 20播放互动回铃 音。
在该实施例中,第一交换设备 100向第二交换设备 200发送的第二签约标 识中携带了扩展的信息参数, 即后面提到的改发信息参数, 用于标识触发互动 回铃音业务, 指示被叫终端 20屏蔽自身的振铃音。
在该实施例中,还可以由第一交换设备 100将获取的互动回铃音业务签约 信息发送给互动回铃音业务平台 300, 互动回铃音业务平台 300向第二交换设 备 200下发第二签约标识, 通过互动回铃音业务平台 300连接被叫终端话路, 为被叫播放互动回铃音。 具体过程为: 第一交换设备 100获取用户的互动回铃 音业务签约信息,将所述互动回铃音业务签约信息路由到互动回铃音业务平台
300; 互动回铃音业务平台 300根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息向第二交换 设备 200下发第二签约标识。当被叫终端 20状态为空闲时,第二交换设备 200 向被叫终端 20下发标识用户签约互动回铃音业务的第一签约标识, 所述第一 签约标识用于指示被叫终端 20等待播放互动回铃音。互动回铃音业务平台 300 根据第二交换设备 200返回的被叫空闲消息, 接通与被叫终端 20的话路, 为 被叫终端 20播放互动回铃音。
在该系统实施例中, 还可以包括归属位置寄存器 (HLR, Home Location Register)400。 其中, 第一交换设备 100 用于接收呼叫请求, 并向所述归属位 置寄存器获取用户的签约信息,当根据用户的签约信息确定主叫用户或者被叫 用户签约了互动回铃音业务时, 向第二交换设备 200发送呼叫请求消息, 所述 呼叫请求消息中携带触发互动回铃音业务的标识, 即第二签约标识,请求建立 主被叫的话路, 当第二交换设备 200返回被叫空闲的消息时, 向互动回铃音业 务平台 300发送携带触发互动回铃音业务标识,该业务标识可以包括互动回铃 音业务的接入码, 互动回铃音业务平台 300向被叫用户播放互动回铃音, 互动 回铃音可以由用户设置。
本发明实施例适用于主叫用户或被叫用户签约互动回铃音业务的情形,同 样适用于主叫用户与被叫用户都签约了互动回铃音业务的情形, 在此情形中, 可以根据用户设置的优先级来确定向被叫用户播放的回铃音。 通过该实施例可以充分利用个性化回铃音资源, 为被叫播放互动回铃音, 而且互动回铃音为根据被叫设置确定播放的回铃音,被叫用户可以根据不同的 主叫号码设置不同的互动回铃音,被叫用户可以根据不同的互动回铃音确定主 叫用户,互动回铃音也可以由主叫用户设定,如可以是体现个性化信息的铃音, 通知被叫用户主叫用户的个性化信息。 当主、 被叫都定制了互动回铃音业务, 则可以根据被叫用户设定的优先级信息确定为被叫用户播放的互动回铃音。
如图 3所示的本发明应用于固定网络系统实施例一的组网示意图,该系统 包括: 主叫端局、 被叫端局、 汇接局或业务交换点 SSP (TM/SSP , Tandem switch/Service Switching Point) , 即图中的交换设备 1和交换设备 2、 综合智能 归属位置寄存器 (SHLR, Smart Home Location Register), 业务控制点(SCP, Service Control Point). 增强智能夕卜设 (AIP, Advanced Intelligent Peripheral), 其 中, SHLR用于保存用户签约信息, 实现回铃音业务逻辑, AIP可以呼叫交换 设备, 为用户播放回铃音。
在该实施例中, 互动回铃音业务平台可以是 AIP 或回铃音平台(RBT Platform, Ring Back Tone Platform), 主叫端局和被叫端局可以用于接续呼叫, 并在当确定主叫用户或被叫用户签约了互动回铃音业务时,建立 AIP与被叫用 户之间的话路, 实现互动回铃音的播放。在该实施例中, 也可以由 AIP接续主 被叫之间的话路实现回铃音的播放, 并在被叫应答后, 停止播放回铃音, 连接 主被叫的通话话路, 实现主被叫通话。 本发明实施例可以应用于各种网络中, 如公用电话交换网 (PSTN, Public Switched Telephone Network ), 个人手持电 话系统( PHS , Personal Handphone System )、公共陆地移动网络( PLMN, Public Land Mobile Network )、 下一代网络( NGN , Next Generation Network )、 第三 代移动通信网 (3G, The third Generation Mobile Telecommunication )等网络。
下面结合图 4 所示的本发明应用于固定网络方法实施例一的信令流程示 意图, 说明本发明实现为被叫用户播放互动回铃音的过程。
在该实施例中,被叫用户为定制了回铃音业务的用户, 并且被叫用户还定 制了互动回铃音业务。 如图 4所示, 呼叫接续过程为:
主叫用户呼叫被叫用户, 主叫端局发送 IAM ( Initial Address Message , 初 始地址消息), 将呼叫接续到汇接局。 汇接局向综合智能归属位置寄存器查询业务信息, 比如查询被叫用户信 息, 若被叫用户签约了回铃音业务, 综合智能归属位置寄存器向汇接局返回回 铃音业务接入码 1 , 若被叫用户还签约了互动回铃音业务, 则综合智能归属位 置寄存器还向汇接局返回互动回铃音业务接入码 2。
汇接局根据接收到的信息确定被叫用户为互动回铃音业务签约用户,则扩 展 IAM消息中的参数, 将扩展的 IAM消息发送到被叫端局, 被叫端局支持被 叫用户接收互动回铃音业务平台播放的个性化回铃音替代振铃音。
在本实施例中, 扩展 IAM消息的方式可以多种。 例如, 一种方式可以通 过修改 IAM消息中的改发信息参数字段 Redirection information来标识触发互 动回铃音业务。 改发信息参数字段 Redirection information如表 1所示:

在本实施例中,可以通过定义参数字段 Redirection information中的比特 D 来决定是否触发互动回铃音业务。 例如, 当比特 D值为 0时, 表示不触发互 动回铃音业务, 为被叫用户播放振铃音; 当比特 D值为 1 时, 表示触发互动 回铃音业务, 为被叫用户播放个性化回铃音代替振铃音。
汇接局根据被叫用户签约的互动回铃音业务扩展改发参数,汇接局向被叫 端局发送扩展携带改发信息参数的 IAM消息, 请求被叫端局建立当前呼叫的 话路, 所述改发信息参数可以用来标识触发互动回铃音业务。
被叫端局收到汇接局发送的 IAM消息后,根据该 IAM消息确定该消息中 携带的改发信息参数中标识了触发互动回铃音业务。 被叫端局寻址被叫用户, 当被叫用户忙时, 被叫端局向汇接局返回 ACM消息, 并标识被叫忙; 若被叫 空闲, 则接通被叫端局与被叫用户的话路, 向被叫用户下发携带标识用户签约 互动回铃音业务的签约标识, 即第二签约标识,指示被叫终端屏蔽自身的振铃 音并等待互动回铃音的播放, 向汇接局返回 ACM消息并标识被叫空闲。 在该 步骤中,如果被叫端局确定被叫用户没有签约互动回铃音业务, 则按照正常的 处理流程处理, 指示被叫振铃并向汇接局回复 ACM消息并标识被叫空闲或遇 汇接局根据被叫端局返回的被叫用户状态,如果被叫忙, 则透传被叫端局 播放的回铃音给主叫用户; 如果被叫空闲, 则向互动回铃音业务平台发送两次 IAM消息, 第一 IAM消息中携带被叫回铃音业务接入码 1 , 第二 IAM消息中 携带互动回铃音业务接入码 2, 分别触发回铃音业务为主叫播放回铃音和互动 回铃音业务为被叫播放回铃音。
互动回铃音业务平台收到汇接局的呼叫请求, 根据接入码 1 和接入码 2 判断需要触发被叫回铃音业务和互动回铃音业务, 然后根据主叫号码、或者根 据主叫号码和被叫号码、或者根据主叫号码和被叫号码及当前时间确定需要播 放的回铃音, 并向汇接局返回 ACM消息。
汇接局分别桥接与主叫用户和被叫用户的话路, 实现回铃音播放。
互动回铃音业务平台分别通过两条话路为主叫用户播放回铃音和被叫播 放互动回铃音业务的回铃音,为被叫播放互动回铃音业务可以根据被叫用户的 设置而定, 可以与为主叫播放的回铃音相同也可以不同。
当汇接局检测到被叫用户摘机后,汇接局向互动回铃音业务平台发起两次 REL ( Release, 释放)消息, 请求互动回铃音业务平台停止给主叫用户和被叫 用户播放回铃音, 汇接局收到互动回铃音业务平台回复的 RLC ( Release Complete, 释放完成)消息后, 汇接局接通主叫和被叫的话路, 主被叫正常通 话。
在上述实施例中, 如果主叫用户为回铃音业务用户, 则被叫互动回铃音业 务用户也可以实现收听主叫定制的回铃音, 或者,被叫用户可以灵活的设置互 动回铃音的播放, 如对应不同的主叫用户设置不同的回铃音。在本发明实施例 中,还可以由主叫用户为被叫用户定制互动回铃音业务, 如主叫用户可以定制 个性化回铃音中表明主叫用户的身份,提示被叫用户接听, 当主叫用户呼叫被 叫时, 可以实现为该被叫用户播放回铃音。
图 5为本发明应用于固定网络方法实施例二的信令流程图,同样以被叫签 约互动回铃音业务为例说明该方法实施例的实现方式。在此实施例中,通过互 动回铃音业务平台连接主被叫的话路, 实现回铃音的播放。
主叫终端用户呼叫被叫终端用户, 主叫端局发送 IAM消息将呼叫接续到 汇接局;
汇接局向综合智能归属位置寄存器查询业务信息, 比如, 查询被叫用户信 息, 若被叫签约了回铃音业务, 则综合智能归属位置寄存器向汇接局返回回铃 音业务接入码。 汇接局根据收到的业务信息确定被叫用户开通了回铃音业务, 在被叫号码前插入回铃音业务接入码作为前缀,并将呼叫路由到互动回铃音业 务平台。
互动回铃音业务平台收到呼叫后, 确定被叫用户开通了互动回铃音业务, 则通过向被叫端局发送 IAM消息向被叫用户发起呼叫,其中需要扩展 IAM消 息中的参数, 用于指示当前呼叫需要建立话路, 即通过扩展 IAM消息支持被 叫用户接收互动回铃音业务平台播放的个性化回铃音替代振铃音。其中,扩展 IAM 消息的方式可以同上述实施例所述, 通过修改消息中的改发信息参数字 段 Redirection information来实现 , 在此不赘述。 被叫端局收到互动回铃音业务平台的呼叫请求后,判断该呼叫请求是否携 带第二签约标识, 如果没有携带第二签约标识, 则按照正常的处理流程处理, 此时若被叫空闲, 则指示被叫振铃并向互动回铃音业务平台返回 ACM消息并 标识被叫空闲, 互动回铃音业务平台再向主叫端局返回 ACM消息, 接通互动 回铃音业务平台到主叫端局的话路,开始给主叫用户播放回铃音;如果被叫忙, 则向主叫端局回 ACM消息并标识被叫遇忙的状态。 如果被叫端局收到的呼叫 请求携带了携带第二签约标识, 则表示需要触发互动回铃音业务, 此时被叫端 局判断被叫用户的状态, 若被叫用户遇忙, 则向主叫端局回 ACM消息并标识 被叫忙, 若被叫用户空闲, 则接通被叫端局到被叫用户的话路, 并指示被叫用 户等待播放互动回铃音, 并向互动回铃音业务平台返回 ACM消息并标识被叫 空闲;
互动回铃音业务平台收到被叫端局返回的标识被叫空闲的 ACM消息后, 向主叫端局返回 ACM消息, 并分别接通互动回铃音业务平台到主叫端局、 被 叫端局的两条话路,通过所述话路向主叫用户和被叫用户播放相同或不同的回 铃音。
当被叫用户摘机应答后, 被叫端局发送 ANM ( Answer Message, 应答消 息)到互动回铃音业务平台, 互动回铃音业务平台停止放音, 并接通主叫和被 叫的话路, 主被叫正常通话。
在该实施例中, 个性化回铃音和互动回铃音的呼叫都由回铃音平台呼出, 对于没有开通互动彩铃的用户,触发个性化回铃音业务的流程还可以使用原来 方案实现, 由 SSP负责话路桥接, 但这样就要求在 SHLR签约业务时, 将彩 铃业务与互动彩铃区分开。 SSP到 SHLR查询业务签约信息,如果被叫签约了 彩铃业务, 则按原来的无话路迂回方案处理; 如果被叫签约了互动彩铃业务, 则将呼叫转到彩铃平台, 由彩铃平台负责处理。
图 6为移动网络实现互动回铃音业务的方法实施例流程示意图, 同样,假 设被叫用户定制了互动回铃音业务,参照图 6说明在移动网络中实现互动回铃 音业务的流程。
主叫用户呼叫被叫用户, 移动交换中心 (MSC , Mobile Switching Center) 向归属位置寄存器发送 SRI ( Send Routing Info ) 消息, 获取被叫用户签约信 息, HLR向拜访地归属寄存器 (VLR, Visited Location Register)获取用户签约 信息, 将呼叫接续到拜访地移动交换中心 (VMSC/VHLR, Visited MSC/ Visited HLR);
VLR在向 HLR返回的消息中通过 TICK标识被叫用户是否开通回铃音业 务和是否开通互动回铃音业务;
MSC根据接收到 HLR返回的用户签约信息中携带的 TICK标识, 启动相 应互动回铃音业务处理流程;
如果用户只开通了回铃音业务, 没有开通互动回铃音业务, 那么 MSC使 用标准的 IAM消息呼叫 VMSC; 如果用户即开通了回铃音业务并且开通了互 动回铃音业务, 那么 MSC使用扩展的 IAM消息呼叫 VMSC;
VMSC收到 MSC的呼叫请求, 判断是标准的 IAM消息还是扩展的 IAM 消息。如果是标准的 IAM消息, 那么 VMSC使用标准的寻呼消息 PAGING寻 呼被叫; 如果是扩展的 IAM消息, 那么 VMSC使用扩展的 PAGING消息寻呼 被叫;
被叫用户收到 VMSC的寻呼请求, 判断是标准的 PAGING消息还是扩展 的 PAGING消息。 如果是标准的 PAGING消息, 那么被叫用户正常振铃, 并 返回振铃消息 ALERTING给 VMSC; 如果是扩展的 PAGING消息, PAGING 消息扩展是通过扩展其中的 TMSI字段的内容标识触发互动回铃音业务,那么 被叫终端不振铃或者屏蔽振铃, 等待互动回铃音业务平台播放个性化回铃音, 同时也返回 ALERTING消息给 VMSC。
VMSC寻呼被叫成功后, 给 MSC发送 ACM消息, VMSC不播放全球移 动通信系统 (GSM, Global System for Mobile Communications)标准的回铃音, VMSC向互动回铃音业务平台发送标准第一初始地址消息 IAM1 给主叫播放 回铃音,如果被叫用户还开通了互动回铃音业务, VMSC再向互动回铃音业务 平台发送第二初始地址消息 IAM2 给被叫播放互动回铃音。 被叫号码参数为 "Prefix +被叫的 MSISDN" 的形式, 其中 Prefix可配置;
互动回铃音业务平台收到 VMSC的 IAM消息后,向 VMSC回送 ACM消 息, 互动回铃音业务平台根据被叫号码和主叫号码, 向主叫用户播放定制的回 铃音, 向被叫用户播放定制的互动回铃音。 互动回铃音业务平台向主叫和被叫播放的回铃音可以根据用户设置,可以 相同也可以不同。
在检测到被叫应答后, VMSC 拆除和互动回铃音业务平台之间的话路连 接, VMSC给 MSC回送应答消息, 接通主被叫话路, 主被叫用户正常通话。
在该实施例中, 同样可以由主叫用户为被叫用户定制互动回铃音, 实现过 程基本同上, 在此不赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等。
本发明实施例中用于实现互动回铃音业务的交换设备结构示意图如图 7 , 该交换设备包括: 互动回铃音签约信息获取单元 101 , 用于获取用户签约的互 动回铃音业务签约信息; 互动回铃音签约标识下发单元 103 , 用于向被叫终端 下发第二签约标识, 所述第二签约标识用于指示被叫终端等待播放互动回铃 音; 互动回铃音业务触发单元 104 , 用于将互动回铃音业务签约信息路由到互 动回铃音业务平台, 以触发互动回铃音业务。该交换设备还可以包括存储单元 102、 以及话路连接单元 105 , 存储单元 102用于存储用户签约的互动回铃音 业务信息, 话路连接单元 105 用于连接互动回铃音业务平台和终端的通信话 路, 实现互动回铃音业务平台为用户播放互动回铃音。
本发明实施例中的互动回铃音业务平台结构示意图如图 8所示,所述互动 回铃音业务平台包括: 接收单元 302、 存储单元 301、 下发单元 303、 播放单 元 304。 其中, 存储单元 301用于存储用于定制互动回铃音业务的业务信息; 接收单元 302 用于接收交换设备发送的互动回铃音业务签约信息; 播放单元 304 用于根据主叫和 /或被叫定制的互动回铃音业务签约信息及所述存储单元 301存储的业务信息为用户播放互动回铃音; 下发单元 303用于将第二签约标 识下发到交换设备,指示被叫终端屏蔽自身的振铃音。 所述第二签约标识用于 标识用户签约互动回铃音业务。
该互动回铃音业务平台还可以包括话路连接单元 305 , 用于与终端建立话 路, 实现互动回铃音业务平台为用户播放互动回铃音。话路连接单元 305通过 交换设备与被叫终端连接话路。 在该实施例中, 下发单元 303将第二签约标识下发到第二交换设备, 通过 第二交换设备呼叫被叫终端,根据被叫终端返回的消息判断被叫的状态, 若被 叫忙, 则将忙音透传给主叫, 若被叫空闲, 则触发互动铃音业务。 话路连接单 元 305还可以在被叫用户摘机后,切断互动回铃音业务平台与主叫终端、被叫 终端的话路, 并接通主叫与被叫的话路, 使主被叫正常通话。 话路连接单元 305可以根据不同的外呼协议向交换设备发起呼叫, 如 TUP ( Telephone User Part, 电话用户部分)协议、 ISUP ( Integrated Services Digital Network User Part, ISDN用户部分)协议、 INAP ( Intelligent Network Application Protocol, 智能 网应用协议 )协议、 MAP ( Mobile Application Part,移动应用部分 )协议、 CAP ( CAMEL Application Part , CAMEL应用部分)协议以及 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话发起协议)等。
本发明实施例提供的用于实现互动回铃音业务的终端结构示意图如图 9 所示, 包括接收单元 110, 用于接收标识用户签约互动回铃音业务的第一签约 标识, 所述第一签约标识用于指示被叫终端等待播放互动回铃音; 屏蔽单元 120, 用于根据所述第一签约标识屏蔽自身的振铃音。
通过本发明实施例提供的方法和系统实现了充分利用个性化回铃音资源, 既可以给主叫播放个性化回铃音也可以给被叫播放互动回铃音;而且互动回铃 音为根据被叫设置确定播放的回铃音,被叫用户根据当前播放的回铃音确定主 叫用户, 增强了用户体验。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发 明的精神和范围。 这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种通信网络中提供回铃音的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在接续呼叫过程中, 获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息; 当被叫状态为空闲时,向被叫下发标识用户签约互动回铃音业务的第一签 约标识, 所述第一签约标识用于指示被叫等待播放互动回铃音;
根据所述用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息为被叫播放互动回铃音。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户签约的互动回铃音 业务签约信息包括: 主叫和 /或被叫签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户签约的互 动回铃音业务签约信息为被叫播放互动回铃音包括:当获取到主叫和被叫的互 动回铃音业务签约信息时,根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息中设定的优先级 确定需要播放的互动回铃音。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息包括: 由第一交换设备向归 属位置寄存器获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息;
所述向被叫下发第一签约标识包括: 由第二交换设备向被叫下发第一签约 标识。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述第一 交换设备根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息向第二交换设备下发第二签约标 识, 所述第二签约标识用于标识用户签约互动回铃音业务。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一交换设备根据所述第二交换设备返回的被叫空闲消息,连接主叫 与互动回铃音业务平台间的话路,指示互动回铃音业务平台为主叫播放互动回 铃音。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述第二 交换设备连接被叫与互动回铃音业务平台间的话路,指示互动回铃音业务平台 为被叫播放互动回铃音。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述第一交换设备将所述互动回铃音业务签约信息路由到互动回铃音业 务平台;
所述互动回铃音业务平台根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息向所述第二 交换设备下发所述第二签约标识。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
互动回铃音业务平台根据第二交换设备返回的被叫空闲消息接通与被叫 的话路, 为被叫播放互动回铃音。
10、 如权利要求 5或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二签约标识包括 改发信息参数, 所述第二签约标识承载在初始地址消息中。
11、 一种计算机程序产品, 其特征在于, 所述计算机程序产品包括计算机 程序代码, 当所述计算机程序代码被一个计算机执行的时候, 所述计算机程序 代码可以使得所述计算机执行权利要求 1至 10项中任意一项的步骤。
12、 一种通信网络中提供回铃音的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
交换设备, 用于当被叫状态为空闲时, 向被叫下发第一签约标识, 所述第 一签约标识用于指示被叫等待播放互动回铃音,连接被叫与互动回铃音业务平 台间的话路, 指示互动回铃音业务平台为被叫播放互动回铃音;
其中,所述互动回铃音业务平台用于根据用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约 信息为被叫播放互动回铃音。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 归属位置寄存器, 用于存储所述用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息。
14、 如权利要求 12或 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 终端, 用于接收第二交换设备下发的第一签约标识, 并根据所述第一签约 标识屏蔽自身的振铃音。
15、 一种交换设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
互动回铃音签约信息获取单元,用于获取用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约 信息;
互动回铃音签约标识下发单元, 用于向被叫下发第一签约标识, 所述第一 签约标识用于指示被叫等待播放互动回铃音;
互动回铃音业务触发单元,用于将所述互动回铃音业务签约信息路由到互 动回铃音业务平台, 以触发互动回铃音业务。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的交换设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储单元, 用于存储用户签约的互动回铃音业务签约信息; 的互动回铃音业务签约信息。
17、 如权利要求 15或 16所述的交换设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 话路连接单元, 用于连接所述互动回铃音业务平台和终端的通信话路。
18、 一种互动回铃音业务平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收交换设备发送的互动回铃音业务签约信息; 播放单元,用于根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息及业务信息为用户播放 互动回铃音。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的互动回铃音业务平台, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储单元, 用于存储所述互动回铃音的业务信息。
20、 如权利要求 18或 19所述的互动回铃音业务平台, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
下发单元,用于根据所述互动回铃音业务签约信息向交换设备下发第二签 约标识, 所述第二签约标识用于标识用户签约互动回铃音业务。
21、 一种实现互动回铃音业务的终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收标识用户签约互动回铃音业务的第一签约标识, 所述 第一签约标识用于指示被叫等待播放互动回铃音;
屏蔽单元, 用于根据所述第一签约标识屏蔽自身的振铃音。
