Abstract

　中空糸膜除湿装置の小型化を実現し、中空糸膜モジュールの組立性、取扱性、シール性及び除湿性能の向上を図る。 　中空糸膜除湿装置は、排ガス入口部６３が設けられた下部胴３８、排ガス出口部５８が設けられた上部胴３７及び本体胴３３を含む除湿容器６７と、本体胴３３内に排ガス入口室３９を構築する下部管板３５と、本体胴３３内に排ガス出口室４２を構築する上部管板３４と、本体胴３３内を排ガス処理室４０とパージガス室４１とに仕切る仕切板３６と、上部管板３４、仕切板３６及び下部管板３５の各貫通孔に複数本挿入された中空糸膜モジュール４４と、中空糸膜モジュール４４に形成されたシール溝に保持されて上部ヘッド５４及び下部ヘッド５０と上部管板３４、仕切板３６及び下部管板３５との間をシールするシール材と、を有する。
