Abstract

　中折れ機構を作動させる際に違和感が少ない車両用シート装置の提供。 　シートクッションフレーム１と、シートクッションフレーム１の後端部に対して傾動可能に下端部で支持されたロアサイドフレーム２１とロアサイドフレーム２１の上部に配設されたアッパーサイドフレーム２２とロアサイドフレーム２１及びアッパーサイドフレーム２２の間を前方に折れ曲がり可能に連結する中折れ機構とをもつシートバックフレーム２と、を有し、前記中折れ機構は、シートバックフレーム２の前面を被覆するシートバック表皮Ｈよりも前方にある回転中心Ｔにてアッパーサイドフレームを傾動させることにある。アッパーサイドフレームが傾動する際の動きが乗員が前方に屈曲する際の動きに近くなってシートバック表皮と乗員の背中とのずれの発生を小さくでき、乗員に与える違和感を少なくすることができる。
