Abstract

 患者の頭部に取り外し可能に装着される装着具2と、装着具2に取り付けられた少なくとも一対の電極4とを有し、電流発生器に接続された電極4から電流を出力することにより患者の大脳皮質の運動野を電気刺激する経頭蓋電気刺激装置1である。装着具2に、装着具2を頭皮に糸状体8にて係止可能な係止部6が設けられ、装着具2に電極4が、電極4の頭部側への突出可能に取り付けられ、電極4の先端は頭部の皮下に刺通可能である。患者の頭蓋骨外板をドリルで穿孔する必要がなく、電極の設置が短時間で行える。精度良く、患者の頭部の所定位置に電極を配置でき、有効に大脳皮質運動野を刺激できる。
