Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Materialzusammensetzungen, umfassend aus exokrinem Drüsengewebe erhaltene adulte Stammzellen und eine Trägermatrix in Form einer Fadenstruktur und/oder eines Netzes. Die Trägermatrix besteht vorzugsweise aus einem körperverträglichen und im Körper abbaubaren Kunststoffmaterial. Die erfindungsgemäßen Materialzusammensetzungen sind besonders geeignet zur Verwendung in der Regenerationsmedizin, z.B. zur Wiederherstellung von verletztem oder geschädigtem Myokardgewebe.
