Abstract

　本発明により、（ａ）一般式（１） （式中、Ｒ１は炭素原子数６以上の炭化水素基を示し、Ｒ２およびＲ３は同一または異なっていてもよい低級炭化水素基を示し、Ｒ４は二価の低級炭化水素基を示し、Ｒ５、Ｒ６およびＲ７は同一または異なっていてもよい低級アルキル基または低級アルコシ基を示し、Ｘはハロゲンイオンまたは有機カルボキニルオキシイオンを示す。）で表されるケイ素含有化合物に、（ｂ）陽イオン界面活性剤（ただし、上記ケイ素化合物を除く）（ｂ１）および非イオン界面活性剤（ｂ２）からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも１種の界面活性剤を添加した溶液を、減圧乾燥したもの、又は上記ケイ素含有化合物の溶液を減圧乾燥し、得られた減圧乾燥物に上記界面活性剤を添加したものであることを特徴とする、固形化した洗浄剤組成物が提供された。
