Abstract
本発明の課題は、吸入容積調整機構付きスクロール圧縮機において、吸入容積調整用の流体導入路に導入される高圧流体の圧縮室への流れ込みをより抑制し、通常運転時の能力低下を抑制することにある。本発明に係るスクロール圧縮機(1)では、第1スクロール部材(21)に、鏡板(21a)を貫通し渦巻溝の底面に開口する第1貫通孔(32)が形成される。そして、この第1貫通孔にはピストン(33)が挿入され、ピストンは付勢部材(35)により圧縮室の反対側に付勢される。ピストンは側面に形成される環状溝(33d)と、ピストンの圧縮室側と反対側の端面及び環状溝の底面に開口する第2貫通孔(33f)を有する。環状溝には、段付合口のピストンリング(33e)が嵌め込まれる。そして、ピストンは、高圧が負荷された場合に第1貫通孔の圧縮室側の空間を遮蔽する状態となり、低圧が負荷された場合に第1貫通孔の圧縮室側に隙間空間を形成する状態となる。
