Abstract

 より多くのコピー数で目的遺伝子を導入することができる、或いはより多種類の目的遺伝子を導入することができる形質転換用酵母を提供する。  ホモタリック性を有してなり、複数の選択マーカーを付与した形質転換用酵母に対して目的遺伝子を導入する工程と、上記形質転換用酵母における選択マーカーに従って、目的遺伝子が導入された株を選択する工程とを含み、上記形質転換用酵母におけるホモタリック性により上記目的遺伝子を多重に導入する。
