Abstract

 流量計測装置の使用環境下における新たな器具の導入を的確に検知する。  ガスメータ100において、超音波流量計104は、流路102に流れるガスの流量を計測する。新しいガス器具の導入時において、当該ガス器具の試運転に起因するガス流量の非定常的挙動から、新事象検知部108は新しいガス器具の導入を検知する。送受信部110は、新事象検知部108が検知した新たなガス器具の導入を表す新事象信号を、ネットワーク30を介してセンター装置20に送信する。非定常的挙動としては、ガス器具のエアパージなどがある。
