Abstract

　エンジンルーム内に流入した空気を内燃機関の吸気装置に案内する空気案内通路を形成する空気ダクトがボンネットの内面に一体に設けられた自動車において、空気ダクトの小型・軽量化およびエンジンルーム内での該空気ダクトの配置のコンパクト化を図る。自動車は、エンジンルーム内に配置された内燃機関（20）と、ボンネット（10）の内面に一体に設けられた空気ダクト（40）とを備える。空気ダクト（40） は、ボンネット（10）の一部であるボンネット部分（30）と協働して、ボンネット部分（30）との間に、エンジンルーム内の空気を内燃機関（20） の吸気装置（20ｉ）に案内する空気案内通路（60）を形成する。そのために、空気ダクト（40）は、取付状態でボンネット部分（30）に当接する縁部（44）が空気案内通路（60）に沿った開放口を形成する開断面を有するダクトである。
