Abstract

　浸入した水分によって発生する電析による性能劣化を防止することができる光電変換装置を提供する。光電変換装置は、側方絶縁溝１６の基板中央側には、Ｘ方向に隣接する太陽電池セル５同士を電気的に絶縁する中間絶縁溝１７が、Ｙ方向に延在した状態で、Ｘ方向に並列して２つ以上形成され、各中間絶縁部１７の中途位置には、Ｘ方向に隣接する太陽電池セル５同士を電気的に接続する導通部１８が設けられ、導通部１８が位置する太陽電池セル５は、導通部１８からＸ方向に離間して位置する他の中間絶縁溝１７によって、Ｘ方向に隣接する太陽電池セル５から電気的に絶縁されている。
