Abstract

 浸入した水分によって発生する電析による性能劣化を防止することができる光電変換装置を提供する。光電変換装置は、側方絶縁溝16の基板中央側には、X方向に隣接する太陽電池セル5同士を電気的に絶縁する中間絶縁溝17が、Y方向に延在した状態で、X方向に並列して2つ以上形成され、各中間絶縁部17の中途位置には、X方向に隣接する太陽電池セル5同士を電気的に接続する導通部18が設けられ、導通部18が位置する太陽電池セル5は、導通部18からX方向に離間して位置する他の中間絶縁溝17によって、X方向に隣接する太陽電池セル5から電気的に絶縁されている。
