Abstract

 軟磁性材料は、鉄を含む鉄基粒子(10)と、鉄基粒子(10)の表面を取り囲む絶縁被膜(20)とを有する複数の複合磁性粒子(30)を備えた軟磁性材料である。絶縁被膜は、チタン、アルミニウム、シリコン、カルシウム、マグネシウム、バナジウム、クロム、ストロンチウムおよびジルコニウムからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種の物質を有する有機酸由来の有機基を含んでいる。絶縁被膜(20)の有機酸由来の有機基を介して、絶縁被膜(20)の少なくとも一種の物質と鉄基粒子(10)の鉄とが結合している。また軟磁性材料の製造方法は、鉄を含む鉄基粒子(10)を準備する工程と、鉄基粒子(10)の表面を取り囲む絶縁被膜(20)を形成する工程とを備えている。絶縁被膜を形成する工程では、上記物質を有する有機酸を鉄基粒子(10)の表面に接触させる。
