Abstract
本発明は、顕微鏡において標本を観察するためのステージの位置を簡単に記録しておくことができるようにする顕微鏡装置、およびプログラムに関する。 ユーザは、操作部12を操作して電動ステージ21を移動させ、電動ステージ21上に配置された標本の全体を観察して確認する。コントローラ13は、所定の基準時間以上電動ステージ21が停止していた場合、その位置をタイムラプス観察時における観察位置とし、その観察位置を示す観察位置情報を記録する。標本の全体が観察された後、コントローラ13は、記録している観察位置情報に基づいて、それらの観察位置情報により示される観察位置に、順次、電動ステージ21を移動させ、ユーザは各観察位置における標本を観察して、最終的な観察位置を確定する。本発明は、顕微鏡に適用することができる。
