　融点より１０°C高い温度及び剪断速度１２２ｓｅｃ－１で測定した溶融粘度が１００Ｐａ・ｓ以下、３％熱重量減少温度が２８０°C以上、水分含有率が５００ｐｐｍ以下、かつ、２０±１５°Cの温度で固体状態にある低溶融粘度ポリグリコール酸、並びに固体状態にある高溶融粘度のポリグリコール酸の吸湿工程と加熱処理工程とを含む低溶融粘度ポリグリコール酸の製造方法。
