Abstract

 欠陥検出信号の空間分解能、及び再探傷時の信号再現性を向上させ、回路構成が簡単で、干渉信号を低減させることができる渦流探傷装置を提供する。  導体管(図示せず)に緩挿される円柱形状の筐体の周面に、等間隔に所定数ずつ少なくとも2列に周設され、その一方の列11~18が、他方の列21~28と列方向に等間隔の1/2異なる位置に配置された磁気素子群と、磁気素子群を列毎に時分割作動させる為の各切換回路とを備える渦流探傷装置。一方の列の磁気素子11~18を、時分割作動して磁場を励起させる磁場励起素子とし、他方の列の磁気素子21~28を、時分割作動して磁場を検出する磁場検出素子とし、各磁場励起素子11~18が励起させた各磁場を、各磁場励起素子11~18と列方向に等間隔の3/2異なる位置に各配置された各2つの磁場検出素子21~28が各検出し、導体管を渦流探傷する構成である。
