Abstract
弾性波測定装置(10)は、高周波バースト信号を最初のボールSAWデバイス(5A)に入力した場合、その最初のボールSAWデバイス(5A)からの出力信号を検出する検出時刻前に、高周波バースト信号の入力先を他のボールSAWデバイス(5B)~(5N)に順次切り替え、検出時刻以後、最初のボールSAWデバイス(5A)から最後のボールSAWデバイス(5N)までの応答特性の出力信号を順次検出する。
