Abstract

 高電界、高圧力下で長時間連続駆動させた場合であっても変位量の変化が抑制され、耐久性に優れた積層型圧電素子を提供する。  その積層型圧電素子は、複数の圧電体層と複数の金属層とが交互に積層された積層構造体を有し、圧電体層が、複数の圧電体結晶粒子により構成され、複数の金属層が、内部電極と、圧電体層及び内部電極と比較して剛性が低い低剛性金属層と、を備え、低剛性金属層が、互いに離隔した複数の金属部を有し、該金属部の端部が、圧電体結晶粒子間に入り込んでいる。
