Abstract

 無線基地局(1100)は、伝搬路推定情報を時間領域における信号系列である時間領域信号系列に再変換する周波数領域/時間領域変換部(1160)と、再変換された時間領域信号系列が含まれる全時間帯のうち、時間帯tsに含まれる時間領域信号系列に基づいて、無線信号の信号電力を算出するとともに、時間帯tnに含まれる時間領域信号系列に基づいて、雑音電力を算出することによって、無線信号の信号対雑音比を推定する時間領域SNR推定部(1170)とを備える。
