Abstract

尿のｐＨの変動の影響を低減又は解消し、尿中の無機塩が析出した沈降物の影響を解消し、膜タンパク質の可溶化ができる尿前処理剤、尿前処理方法、及び尿中タンパク質定量方法を開発すること。 緩衝剤、キレート剤及び界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする尿中タンパク質定量用の尿前処理剤と、尿１００質量部に対して前記尿前処理剤１０～１０００質量部を混合することを特徴とする尿前処理方法と、尿１００質量部に対して前記尿前処理剤１０～１０００質量部を混合した後、タンパク質濃度を測定することを特徴とする尿中タンパク質定量方法とを提供する。
