本发明的目的就是解决上述煤矿井下掘进巷道顶帮锚杆锚索施工存在的问 题, 提供一种履带式可升降顶帮锚杆錨索施工钻机, 其提高了掘进速度, 减小 了劳动强度, 减少了施工人员, 提高了作业效率, 创造了安全作业环境, 并具 有自行移动、 可升降、 顶帮锚杆锚索同时施工、 看临时支护、 超高巷道支护等 功能, 采用全液压系统传动, 防爆性能和安全性能优良。

1. 一种履带式可升降顶帮锚杆锚索施工钻机, 包括履带行走部分(1)、 临 时支护支架、 升降油缸(3)、 横梁(4)、 用于顶锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机(5)、 用于帮锚杆锚索施工的钻机(6)、 钻机平台 (7)、 液压系统及操作控制台 (8)、 履带式驱动电机(9)、 帮锚杆锚索钻机前后移动的滑道(10), 其特征在于: 在 所述钻机平台的下方履带行走部分的前部装有一个推煤铲板 (2); 所述用于顶 锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机装于钻机平台前方; 采用双立柱(11), 其上装有左右 移动部分的滑道(12); 液压钻机向左或右旋转; 所述用于帮锚杆锚索施工的液 压钻机装于钻机平台中部一侧, 并可向一侧旋转; 在钻机平台上设有前后布置 的滑道, 其上装有液压钻机的立柱; 装在钻机平台上的油缸推动钻机整体前后 移动。
2.如权利要求 1所述的履带式可升降顶帮錨杆锚索施工钻机,其特征在于 : 所述用于帮锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机装于钻机平台左侧。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的履带式可升降顶帮锚杆錨索施工钻机,其特征在于: 所述用于帮锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机装于钻机平台右侧。
4. 如上述任一项权利要求所述的履带式可升降顶帮錨杆锚索施工钻机, 其 特征在于: 帮锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机可向左旋转。
5. 如权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的履带式可升降顶帮锚杆锚索施工钻机, 其特征在于: 帮錨杆錨索施工的液压钻机可向右旋转。
6. 如上述任一项权利要求所述的履带式可升降顶帮锚杆锚索施工钻机, 其 特征在于:所述的临时支护的支架(3)与升降油缸装在双立柱中的一个立柱内, 并在升降油缸顶部连接横梁(4)。
7. 如上述任一项权利要求所述的履带式可升降顶帮锚杆锚索施工钻机, 其 特征在于:所述用于顶锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机向左或向右旋转的角度为 30度。
8. 如权利要求 4-7中任一项所述的履带式可升降顶帮锚杆锚索施工钻机, 其特征在于: 所述用于帮锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机旋转的角度为 90度。
9.如上述任一权利要求所述的钻机, 其特征在于: 顶帮锚杆锚索同时施工 时, 帮锚杆滞后顶锚杆不大于 1米。
10.如上述任一权利要求所述的钻机, 其特征在于: 推煤铲板 (2) 不仅支 撑在机架底部, 而且附加支撑于双立柱的底部。
11.如上述任一权利要求所述的钻机, 其特征在于: 所述横梁 (4) 为 T型 钢。
12. 如权利要求 1、 6-11所述的钻机, 其特征在于: 在钻机平台左、 右侧 各装一台用于帮锚杆锚索施工的液压钻机, 两台液压钻机的旋转方向不同。
