Abstract

The invention relates to a generator (1) of disk shape, which comprises a combustion chamber (C) wherein is present an initiator (6) associated with a pyrotechnic charge (8), and a diffusion chamber (D), this generator including: a box (2) with a base (20) and a lateral wall (21), the top thereof (22) being open; a cover (4) with a base (40) a lateral wall (41) provided with at least one orifice (44), the base thereof being open, this cover (4) being fixed by the lateral wall thereof (41) to the lateral wall (21). The invention is characterized in that it comprises a partition (3) fixed to this box (2), which seals the top thereof (22), without extending towards the interior of box (2), or beyond the periphery thereof, this partition (3) being pierced by at least one orifice (31).
