Abstract

La cosse pour connexion électrique comporte une douille (2) présentant un creux (9), partiellement rempli d'une graisse de contact, prévu pour recevoir l'extrémité d'un câble électrique (22) et comportant une portion de sertissage (5) adaptée à être déformée radialement. Elle comporte en outre un bouchon (15) de maintien de ladite graisse (14) dans ledit creux (9). Le bouchon présente une membrane (16) transversale adaptée à être déchirée par le câble électrique (22) lors de son insertion dans ledit creux (9) ainsi qu'au moins une portion disposée dans ladite portion de sertissage (5) de sorte que le bouchon (15) concourt à l'étanchéité de la connexion après sertissage. La graisse (14) est disposée entre le fond (12) dudit creux (9) et ladite membrane (16). Le procédé d'assemblage comporte l'étape de déchirer ladite membrane transversale (16) au moyen de ladite extrémité dudit câble électrique (22) lors de son insertion dans ledit creux (9).
