Abstract

　本発明の顆粒フレーク状ガラスの製造方法は、複数のフレーク状ガラスを互いに結合させて造粒することによって、顆粒状のフレーク状ガラスを製造する方法であって、（Ｉ）前記複数のフレーク状ガラスに、水及び揮発性有機溶剤から選ばれる少なくとも何れか１種の液体を添加して、攪拌する工程と、（ＩＩ）前記液体が添加されて攪拌された前記複数のフレーク状ガラスを乾燥させる工程と、を含んでいる。この方法で製造される顆粒フレーク状ガラスには、従来のように、フレーク状ガラス同士を結合させるための結合剤や表面処理剤が含まれていないので、高温で成形される熱可塑性樹脂に配合された場合であっても、その成形品に発泡や変色を生じさせない。
