Abstract

　ガスハイドレート粉体を圧縮成形してガスハイドレートペレットを製造する時に、圧縮部で発生する熱を簡便な方法で除去し、ガスハイドレートの分解率を低減すると共に、圧縮部を閉塞するガスハイドレート塊を迅速かつ容易に除去する。 　ガスハイドレートペレット製造装置Ａのロール６ａ，６ｂの外周部及び／又は内部に冷却水を流通させてロール６ａ，６ｂを冷却し、流通後の冷却排水４３を冷却して、ロール６ａ，６ｂの外周部及び／又は内周部に供給するロール冷却機構及び／又はロール６ａ，６ｂへガスハイドレート粉体ｎを供給するホッパー室５の一部に加熱手段を有することを特徴とする。
