Abstract

　発光面全体で均一な輝度分布が実現できる中空式面照明装置とする。 　中空のユニットケース１の底部側に反射面部材２を配置し、ユニットケースの反射面部材と対向する側に発光面部材３を配置し、ユニットケースにおける反射面部材と発光面部材とで挟まれる空間を中空導光領域１０とする。配線基板に多数個のＬＥＤを列設実装したＬＥＤ光源ユニット５を中空導光領域に両側若しくは片側に隣接して、当該中空導光領域に出射するように配置し、かつ、ＬＥＤ光源ユニットと中空導光領域の端面との間にＬＥＤ光源ユニットから出た光の当該装置の厚さ方向の指向角を狭角化する集光レンズ９を配置し、中空式面照明装置３０を形成する。前記反射面部材２の中空導光領域１０に面する表面粗さＲａは、１μｍ<Ｒａ<１０μｍに設定されることを特徴とする。
