Abstract

 発光面全体で均一な輝度分布が実現できる中空式面照明装置とする。  中空のユニットケース1の底部側に反射面部材2を配置し、ユニットケースの反射面部材と対向する側に発光面部材3を配置し、ユニットケースにおける反射面部材と発光面部材とで挟まれる空間を中空導光領域10とする。配線基板に多数個のLEDを列設実装したLED光源ユニット5を中空導光領域に両側若しくは片側に隣接して、当該中空導光領域に出射するように配置し、かつ、LED光源ユニットと中空導光領域の端面との間にLED光源ユニットから出た光の当該装置の厚さ方向の指向角を狭角化する集光レンズ9を配置し、中空式面照明装置30を形成する。前記反射面部材2の中空導光領域10に面する表面粗さRaは、1μm<Ra<10μmに設定されることを特徴とする。
