Abstract

本発明の課題は、ハウジング部に光源を組み込んで、ハウジング部内側面と、光源先端部とに反射膜を形成するにあたり、光源先端部の膜厚がハウジング部内側面の膜厚よりも厚くなるようにすることである。そこで、本発明では、固定金型となる第一金型6に、第一、第二マグネトロンスパッタリング装置9a、10aを備えた第一、第二成膜装置9、10を設けるとともに、第一成膜装置9を構成するターゲット室11aの開口にマスキング部材16を設ける構成とし、一次の射出工程の後、第二金型6に保持され、バルブ3が組み込まれたハウジング部4に対し、第一成膜装置9による第一成膜工程と、第二成膜装置10による第二成膜工程とを実施する構成とする。
