Abstract

 符号化された後に復号されたピクチャに画像強調技術を適用された場合に引き起こされる符号化歪みの発生が抑制する。  原画像と予測画像との差分である予測誤差を符号化することで生成された符号化ストリームを復号する映像復号装置(200)であって、符号化ストリームに含まれる予測誤差を復号するエントロピー復号部(231)と、復号された予測誤差と、予め生成された復号画像とを加算することで復号画像を生成する加算器(224)と、生成された復号画像に、画質を高めるための処理を適用することで処理画像を生成する画像処理部(260)と、復号された予測誤差に基づいて、領域ごとに重み係数を決定するマスク構成部(240)とを備え、画像処理部(260)では、生成された復号画像と処理された処理画像とを、決定された重み係数に従って重み付け加算することで、出力画像を生成する。
