Abstract

 内面リブ付鋼管の螺旋状リブを形成する引抜加工時のトラブルを低減し、安定して螺旋状リブを形成することができる製造方法であり、螺旋状リブを形成する引抜加工前に素管に曲がり矯正を施すこと、それに伴う螺旋状リブの形成方向を最適にすること、さらに素管に応じて引抜スケジュールを適正にすることにより、螺旋状リブを形成する引抜加工時のトラブルを低減し、安定して螺旋状リブを形成することができる。得られた内面リブ付鋼管は、ボイラー用鋼管として優れた成形性と品質を備えていることから、ボイラーの大容量化や高温高圧化に十分に対応できる。
