Abstract

　耐水性及び剛性に優れた食品用の容器として使用できる生分解性の加工品及びその製造に必要な生分解性組成物を提供する。 　デンプン１５質量％以上７５質量％以下、タンパク質５質量％以上５０質量％以下、セルロース繊維３質量％以上５０質量％以下、ポリフェノール類０．５質量％以上２０質量％以下、塩化ナトリウム０質量％以上５質量％以下となるように各成分を混合し、その混合物１００質量部に対して水１０質量部以上１００質量部以下を加え、ミキサー等を使用してよくこねる。その後、コップや皿など所定の形状にプレス加工し、１２０°C以上１８０°C以下の範囲で加熱処理をして、生分解性に優れた加工品を得る。
