Abstract

L'invention concerne un mélange maître de silice qui comprend (A) 100 parties en poids d'un organopolysiloxane et (B) 60-200 parties en poids de silice, ledit mélange maître étant caractérisé en ce que lorsqu'il est tamisé à l'aide d'un tamis à armure toile présentant une taille d'ouverture de 420 µm, les résidus obtenus sur le tamis représentent 65-85 % en poids du mélange maître. Ledit mélange maître de silice permet à la silice d'être dispersée dans des organopolysiloxanes de manière satisfaisante, et de produire une composition de caoutchouc de silicone remplie de silice rapidement. Lorsque ledit mélange maître de silice est mélangé à un organopolysiloxane afin d'obtenir une composition de caoutchouc de silicone et que cette composition est durcie, ladite composition durcie peut ne pas comprendre de particules de gel. L'invention concerne également une composition de caoutchouc de silicone remplie de silice qui permet d'obtenir un objet durci à l'intérieur duquel les particules de gel présentes sont en nombre réduit.
