Abstract

 樹脂またはゴム材料により流体移送用チューブ本体を成型し、成型されたチューブ本体を一定の速度で搬送し、その後、チューブ本体を連続的に巻き取る過程において、樹脂材料により形成された流体移送用チューブ本体の外周に沿って、コード状ヒータを配置し、その後、チューブ本体の周囲において複数の糸状部材を編み込み、コード状ヒータが配置されたチューブ本体の外周面をその長手方向沿いに連続して覆うとともに、コード状ヒータをチューブ本体の外周面に接するように固定する編み込み構造を有する保温層を形成する。
