Abstract

 はすば歯車の歯車加工時において、最適なバランスウエイトを選定して、機械振動を抑制することができる歯車加工機械の振動抑制機構と提供する。そのため、クランク往復運動する主軸(26)に装着されるカッタ(T)によりワーク(W)に対して歯車加工を行う歯車加工機械の振動抑制機構であって、クランク軸(15)に対して並設され、該クランク軸(15)と同期し、且つ、クランク軸(15)と同一方向及び逆方向に同じ回転速度で回転するバランス軸(16,17)を備え、主軸(26)の軸方向の振動を抑制する主バランスウエイト(41,42)をクランク軸(15)に着脱可能に設けると共に、主軸(26)の軸方向と直交する方向の振動を抑制する副バランスウエイト(43~46)をバランス軸(16,17)に着脱可能に設け、各バランスウエイト(41~46)を主軸(26)のストローク幅及びワークWのねじれ角に対応したリードに基づいて選定する。
