Abstract
強度特性に優れた繊維強化プラスチックのリサイクル材を得ることのできる繊維強化プラスチックのリサイクル方法を提供すること。 炭素繊維と熱硬化性樹脂(エポキシ樹脂)とからなる繊維強化プラスチックのリサイクル方法であり、この方法は、繊維強化プラスチック材Bを熱処理してエポキシ樹脂を燃焼させて完全に飛ばし、無害化材を製造する第1の工程と、この無害化材にサイジング剤を塗布もしくは散布し、短冊状の無害化材B’を製造し、この短冊状の無害化材B’と熱可塑性樹脂(ポリプロピレン)を混練しながら短繊維の炭素繊維を有するリサイクル材を製造する第2の工程と、を具備する方法である。
