- New structural solution with bending by means of rollers and setting fans for hot air instead of hot glycerol sand that needs often being replaced, and which is replaced with the quartz sand further contributes to the improvement of quality and speed of working out the profiles which reflected even to a three times lower cost expenses compared to the existing machines.
- Machine solves the problem of bending aluminum and PVC profiles, as well as PVC profiles with inserted steel reinforcements in a completely new way.
- This is achieved by means of three plastic profiled rollers driven by two motor reducers. Two rollers are fixed and revolving, while the third roller is also revolving in both directions around the axle, but this is at the same time by means of a screwed spindle i.e. spindle, connected to a revolving plate and moved rectilinearly to-and-fro and by its gradual moving toward the profile it carries gradual bending in integration with two fix revolving rollers.
- On the machine are set fans for hot air that heat PVC profiles and make it pliable for the purpose of easier and quality improved bending. When bending aluminum profles, no heating fans for hot air are used.

- Invention in the subject refers to the machine for bending aluminum and PVC profiles, as well as PVC profiles with inserted steel reinforcement. It is a compact whole and consists of a stand 10 whereon are structurally and functionally set and integrated driving, working and auxiliary devices and members thereof, and a steering and control system, as well.
- Motor reducer 7, is set vertically in the integral part of the stand 10, and by means of the axle coupled to the engaged gears 8, 19 and embodied in the bearings of the housing 18 and are used to revolve in both directions two fixed plastic profiled rollers 1 on the top ending of which are set metal washers 3 that by means of a nut 4 clamp a profile 23 in a plastic tool 24.
- Motor reducer driving 7 is achieved by a press onto the keys 13 and 15.
- Motor reducer 21 is set horizontally on the stand 10 and coupled to the screwed spindle ( so called spindle) with a movable plate 17 on the front part of which is a nut 16 while a rear part of it is connected to a housing 20 with bearings wherein revolves an axle with fitted revolving plastic profiled roller 2. Pressing the key 12 and 14, motor reducer 21 is driven which, by means of a screwed spindle 9 is rectilinearly to-and-fro moved, moves the movable plate toward the profile 23 and at the same time enables that the roller 2 revolves. On the roler 2 is set a steel washer 6 and nuts 5 for fastening the profile 23 in the plastic tool 22.
- the quartz sand 25 fills in the profile 23, it is being protected from dropping out by means of stoppers on both ends of the profile and set on the top surface of the stand 10 between two plastic profiled rollers 1 and a plastic profiled roller 2 and fixed by being fastened by a washer (3) and a nut (4) on the plastic tool 24 , i.e. by a washer 6 and a nut 5 on the plastic tool 22.
- Bending of the profiles 23 starts with starting the drive of the motor reducer 7 by pressing the keys 13 and 15 and starting the drive of the motor reducer 21 by pressing the keys 12 and 14 along with the simultaneous switching on the heating fans 11 for hot air set at the distance from 80 to 150 mm from the profile 23, and depending from the diameter of the vault being bent.
- the temperature of the hot air is directed toward the profile 23 and comes up to 150 0 C, being enough to make the profile 23 moldable, but not to deform it.
- Motor reducer 7 by means of the engaged gears 8, 19 moves and revolves two rollers 1 at the speed of 20-30 °/min, and at the same time the motor reducer 21 by means of the screwed spindle 9 gradually moves rectilinearly movable plate 17 with the roller 2 toward the profile 23 at the speed from 0.8 up to lmm/sec and herewith bending starts and it lasts until the achievement of desired vault.
- the bent profile 23 is removed from the machine and cooled at the temperature of the room, and upon that the sand 25 is filled out and the profile is cleaned, washed and stored at thereto appropriate shelves.
- the procedure for bending of aluminum profiles at the machine is completely the same as with bending PVC profiles, it is only that the heating fans 11 for hot air are not used.
