Abstract

Verfahren zur enzymatischen Herstellung von Aminosäuren der allgemeinen Formel (3) oder (4) aus alpha-Dehydroaminosäuren der allgemeinen Formel (1) oder (2) wobei R1, R2 unabhängig voneinander für H, C1-C6- Alkyl, C2-C6-Alkenyl, einen gegebenenfalls substituierten carbo- oder heterocyclischen, aromatischen oder nichtaromatischen Rest oder einen Alkylaryrest, oder einen Carboxylrest ( - COOR) steht, R3 für H, Formyl, Acetyl, Propionyl, Benzyl, Benzyloxycarbonyl, BOC, Alloc steht, R für H, C1-C6- Alkyl, Aryl steht, durch Reduktion einer Verbindung der Formel (1) oder (2) in Gegenwart einer Reduktase.
