Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung einer festen Pigmentzubereitung in Form eines Granulates, die Schritte enthaltend (a) Zerstäuben einer Suspension enthaltend (A0) 30 bis 90 Gew.-% einer Lösemittelkomponente bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Suspension; (A1) 2 bis 60 Gew.-% einer Pigmentkomponente bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Suspension; (A2) 0 bis 50 Gew.-% einer ersten Füllstoffkomponente bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Suspension, (A3) 10 bis 70 Gew.-% einer oberflächenaktiven Additivkomponente bezogen auf die Summe der Gewichte der Komponenten (A1) und (A2), und gegebenenfalls weitere Komponenten, wobei die Summe der Gewichtsanteile aller Komponenten, bezogen beziehungsweise umgerechnet auf das Gesamtgewicht, 100 Gew.-% ergibt, in einer Zerstäubungsvorrichtung; (b) Inkontaktbringen der in Schritt (a) entstandenen Tröpfchen mit einem eine vorgegebene Temperatur aufweisenden Gasstrom zu deren Trocknung unter Erhalt eines Granulates mit einem vorgegebenen Restfeuchtegehalt und (c) Trennen des Granulates von dem Gasstrom, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt (b) vor Erreichen des Restfeuchtegehaltes die Tröpfchen einem Aerosol, enthaltend eine feste zweite Füllstoffkomponente, zumindest teilweise ausgesetzt werden, sowie Granulate erhältlich nach solchen Verfahren.
