Abstract

D-ガラクトース誘導体を有機塩基の存在下に、または有機塩基と「有機塩基とフッ化水素からなる塩または錯体」の存在下にスルフリルフルオリド(SO2F2)、トリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリド(CF3SO2F)またはパーフルオロブタンスルホニルフルオリド(C4F9SO2F)と反応させることにより4-デオキシ-4-フルオロ-D-グルコース誘導体を製造することが開示されている。
