Abstract

Ｄ－ガラクトース誘導体を有機塩基の存在下に、または有機塩基と「有機塩基とフッ化水素からなる塩または錯体」の存在下にスルフリルフルオリド（ＳＯ2Ｆ2）、トリフルオロメタンスルホニルフルオリド（ＣＦ3ＳＯ2Ｆ）またはパーフルオロブタンスルホニルフルオリド（Ｃ4Ｆ9ＳＯ2Ｆ）と反応させることにより４－デオキシ－４－フルオロ－Ｄ－グルコース誘導体を製造することが開示されている。
