 連系点における出力変動を低減することを目的とする。各風車の出力データを取得する過程と、出力データを用いて、隣り合う風車の出力変動の相関を求める過程と、強い相関が示された場合に、その強い相関が現れる周期で隣り合う風車のいずれか一方の出力変動の位相を変化させる過程とを含む風力発電システムの運転制御方法を提供する。
