Abstract

Die Erfindung stellt eine temporäre Abdeckung eines Stomas bereit, die so ausgestaltet ist, dass bei einem Wechsel der Abdeckung austretendes Fluid in einem Behältnis aufgenommen wird bzw. in das Darmlumen eingeführt dort bereits Fluid in ein Behältnis aufnimmt. Die Vorrichtung für einen temporären Stomaverschluss umfasst eine Basisplatte (105) zur dauerhaften Anbringung in der Peripherie eines Stomas an der Außenseite einer Bauchdecke (2) und eine Abdeckung, die lösbar mit der Basisplatte (105) zum Bilden eines temporären Stomaverschlusses verbunden ist und derart geformt ist, dass sie ein Aufnahmevolumen für die Aufnahme wenigstens eines Behältnisses für aus dem Stoma (3) austretendes Fluid bildet.
