背景技术
随着运营商新一代无线网络的建设, 有了高速的无线接入, 随之也可以 为无线接入用户提供丰富的数据业务, 随着丰富业务的开展, 为避免运营商 成为简单的承载通道提供商,运营商需要对移动通信价值链进行控制与管理, 内容计费就成为运营商当前对计费的新需求。 图 1是现有技术中 CDMA2000 的网络结构图, 包括分组数据服务节点 PDSN(Packet Data Service Node), 认证授权计费服务器 AAAS(Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting Server) , 在线计费月良务器 OCS(Online Charging Server) , 终端, 基站子系统, 电路交换子系统。
当前普遍实现的内容计费方法, 仅限于支持基于 WAP ( Wireless Application Protocol ,无线应用协议)业务, 不能对其它类型的业务,如 HTTP ( Hypertext Transfer Protocol,超文本传输协议 ) , FTP ( File Transfer Protocol, 文件传输协议), SMTP ( Simple Mail Transport Protocol, 简单邮件传输协议) /POP3 ( Post Office Protocol 3 , 邮局协议) /IMAP ( Interactive Mail Access Protocol, 互动邮件访问协议) , 基于 RTP ( Real-Time Transport Protocol, 实时传输协议) /RTSP ( Real Time Stream Protocol , 实时流媒体协议) /RTCP ( Real-time Transport Control Protocol, 实时传输控制协议)等业务进行内容 计费。
